Butler Design Group is an architectural firm in Phoenix, AZ dedicated to creating design solutions for their client’s functional, aesthetic and budgetary needs. Through partnership with ATG, BDG realized the value of working with a reseller and utilized ATG for support, training and software licensing. ATG developed custom training, resolved licensing issues and provide support to ultimately grow the long-standing partnership.
The main goals of this project were to:
- Develop a flexible and cost-effective custom training program
- Resolve licensing concerns to ensure compliance with Autodesk
- Receive support on software crashing issues
“We put together custom training with ATG and got our whole team involved. ATG took a licensing concern very seriously and setup a phone call to resolve the matter with Autodesk in less than 24 hours. Software crashes were another issue BDG faced. With ATG’s support, these issues were resolved quickly and effectively.
