Since 2013, Polivio has worked on international projects, supporting and leading Civil Engineering firms and General Contractors on civil infrastructure projects while gaining experience in Land Surveying, Transportation, Commercial and Residential Developments, Mining, Dredging Operations, and Environmental Remediation. For the last 8 years, Polivio has used his passion of lifelong learning and strategic planning skills to help him advance in his role as a Project Manager, while also supporting company operations and sales. Jason has more than 20 years of experience in the AEC industry and has a genuine passion for making things come to life. He started working in construction during high school and used that experience as a foundation for his career. He has an associate degree in Architectural Drafting/CAD Technology and has been using Autodesk products since 1996, starting with AutoCAD R12.
Jason started working as a civil drafter before moving up to designer. Most recently, Jason served as a CAD Manager for a large national firm. From residential subdivisions and industrial complexes to large shopping centers, Jason has been involved in many types of civil projects. He has spent time in the field working as a surveyor as well.

Throughout his extensive CAD career, Jeff has worked at multiple engineering firms as well as a previous Autodesk Reseller. He built his career after earning an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Drafting and Design from ITT Tech.
Jeff is an active participant in AUGI and has contributed to the Autodesk future portals team as well as various blogs. While at his previous employer, he led the successful deployment of Autodesk products to replace Bentley MicroStation CAD environment. One of his most successful training efforts was the creation and management of meetings to facilitate training and foster a collaborative support system.

Terry has over 25 years of experience in the AEC industry using Autodesk and ESRI products and was trained on AutoCAD R12, ArcInfo and ArcView. Terry started his career as a CAD Drafter in the Telecom Industry creating construction documents of outside plant facilities, quickly moving in a role of records administrator where he built as-built drawings for importing into a spatial database to query fiber routes, facilities and land base features.
In 2003, Terry transitioned into the Transportation and Civil industry where he developed his skill as a Traffic and Civil Designer while incorporating GIS into his designs. Terry also worked on several transportation system plans and transit planning projects analyzing demographic data, transit ridership, roadway safety and crash data.
One of Terry's passions is automation and creating efficiencies. He has created many custom AutoLISP programs from graphically illustrating traffic operation analysis to automation of plan annotation with the ability to interactive with Civil 3D objects. Terry enjoys anything 3D and embraces the latest technologies. He has created virtual reality modeling of his roadway and site designs and developed the workflows between Infraworks, Civil 3D and 3DS Max Interactive.
Since 2001, Justin has worked in the greater Phoenix area leading and supporting many different AEC firms on a variety of projects. Throughout his career, Justin has gained experience in civil engineering, land surveying, residential development, commercial, architectural, construction and as-built services. Justin has also worked with a variety of different clients, including various cities and counties, civil engineers, architects, surveyors and multi-discipline firms.
Justin’s studies include an Associate of Architecture with an emphasis in Architectural Design and Drafting. He has extensive training on Autodesk and Leica software and hardware and is ahighly skilled technical specialist within the AEC space.
For the last 20 years, Justin has used his unique skills and passion for learning new software to help him succeed in a variety of disciplines. With his strong understanding of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, CAD standards, network licensing, terrestrial scanning, drone flying, architectural modeling, construction workflows, and a knack for problem solving, Justin has helped his teams and clients become more efficient and productive by implementing new company standards, workflows and procedures. Since graduating from North Dakota State University in 1991, Bill has worked for various Civil consulting firms as an engineer, CAD manager and supervisor. He spent three years as a college instructor teaching civil technicians AAS. He then spent 14 years working for a software reseller, transitioning firms from Land Development desktop to Civil 3D. Prior to working for ATG, Bill spent three years working for a consultant, mapping with drones and designing roads in remote Alaska from Minnesota.
All of this has given Bill hands-on design experience in Land Surveying, Residential and Commercial Developments, Land Fills, Transportation/roads, Airports and Water Resources. Clients have included various cities, counties and DOTs.
Bill’s studies include a Civil engineering degree with minor in Chemistry, from North Dakota State University Fargo. He is also a self-taught computer whiz and has successfully used his technical skills, creative eye and computer expertise to propel him to the top of his field. He has presented to Autodesk University numerous times on subjects ranging from points styles to Infraworks.
For the last 30 years, Bill has used his passion of learning new skills and software to help him become one of the first certified instructors of Civil 3D. He has seen the design and drafting world move from the boards to AutoCAD and now to the automation of Civil 3D and Infraworks.

Since 2001, Chris has worked in California’s Central Valley, leading and supporting Civil Engineering firms on civil infrastructure projects. Throughout this time, he has gained experience in Land Surveying, Residential Developments, Commercial, Agriculture, High Speed Rail, Transportation, and Water Resources. Clients have included various Cities and Counties, Water Districts, and Subdivision developers such as Centex and Lennar Homes, Target, In-N-Out Burger, Paramount Farms, POM Wonderful, Cal Trans, and California’s High Speed Rail Authority.
Chris’ studies include an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in Art and Architecture, and a BFA in Graphic Design from California State University Fresno. He is also a self-taught computer whiz and has successfully used his technical skills, creative eye, and computer expertise to propel him to the top of his field.
For the last 20 years, Chris has used his passion of learning new skills and software to help him became one of the first CAD users in California to be Professionally Certified in both Civil 3D and AutoCAD. This certification helped Chris advance in his role as a CAD Manager while also supporting company operations and IT needs. He has most recently worked in the energy sector with clients such as Spectra Energy, Kinder Morgan, Energy Transfer, Williams, Duke Energy and many others.

Elijah is a U.S. Navy veteran with over 15 years of experience in the civil field. He has been using Autodesk products since 1997 after getting out of the military, starting with AutoCAD R14.
He holds an associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design along with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Entertainment and Game Design and a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, IT.
Elijah has worked as a civil drafter for a gas company and one civil firm in Arizona prior to becoming a Technical Specialist at ATG. The rest of his experience was in California, where he worked at a survey company as a survey technician. At times, he would work in the field with the survey crews. Elijah has been involved in various types of civil projects from major street improvements, grocery stores to residential subdivisions using Land Development Desktop and Civil 3D.
Yvonne has over 18 years of experience in the AEC industry. Her career path follows her passion for creativity, art, ingenuity and appreciation for our earth.
She has an Associate of Arts in Fashion Design and Illustration, Graphic Design and Television Art, and Architectural Drafting and Design.
She is a highly motivated team player that loves to supports our production and consulting team and mentor others in the software. She is also an active member of Autodesk User Group International (AUGI).
Since 2018, Ezra has worked in Fresno supporting Survey and Civil Engineering firms on various civil land development projects, Residential Developments, Commercial site plans and Survey Plats. His clients have included various cities and counties, iT Architecture, and Subdivision developers such as Lennar Homes. Most recently working as a Survey CAD Technician with different Surveyor’s.
Ezra has two certificates for CADD Technician 1 and 2 and a certificate for his CSWA. He is also a great handyman according to most of his peers.
For the last four years, Ezra has used his passion of learning new skills and software to help him become a better Draftsman and Survey CAD Technician. With his strong understanding of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, CAD standards, and a knack for problem solving, Ezra has helped his team members become more efficient and productive by implementing new company standards. He takes pride in seeing growth in his fellow coworkers and continues to learn and advance his skillsets to support Survey and Civil Engineering firms in reaching their goals.

Since 2016, Gil has worked in Denver supporting Survey and Civil Engineering firms on various civil land development projects, Residential Developments, Commercial site plans and Survey Plats. Clients have included various Cities and Counties, as well as Subdivision developers. Most recently, he has been working as a Survey CAD Technician.
Gil has been using his passion for learning new skills and tools to help him become a better teacher, draftsman, and survey CAD technician for the past 7 years. He has a knack for problem solving and enjoys assisting his co-workers and clients with improving CAD standards, procedures, and workflows in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. He is CAD certified and was part of the honor society for Phi Theta Kappa, maintaining a high GPA in his curriculum. Outside of work, he loves to play softball, golf, and any outdoor activities.
Ryan has worked in the civil engineering industry, including design and construction, for 16 years. He began his career working under an architect and then moved to the estimation department for a large-scale grading contractor, where he worked on bid estimates, change orders and job reconciliation. His duties included translating coordinates, creating topo and quantity takeoffs, and verifying grades. Soon after that he was working on residential lot design, tract design and public works projects for the city of Corona, CA, where he received the bulk of his knowledge in civil engineering and road design.
In the next portion of Ryan's career, he worked as a Civil CAD Designer at one of the top 100 firms in the country, which has 20 offices and roughly 1,200 employees nationwide. There he spent seven years as one of only two Civil 3D CAD Designers that supported a team of about 10 engineers. During that time, he worked on hundreds of projects and completed everything from small ADA upgrades to massive land development projects.
Ryan is not just an Autodesk Certified Civil 3D Professional - he also scored in top two percent on the certification test. Ryan’s skills have been utilized in commercial, residential, hospitals, schools, carwashes, hotels, and mixed-use properties, to name a few. Most notably was a project that won the 2018 ENR award for top hospital in southern California. In 2021, Ryan held a role as the CAD Manager for a startup firm in Omaha, NE. There, Ryan developed the company CAD standards and templates, the Standard Operations Procedures Manual, and trained in transportation design and corridor modeling. During this time, he was also tasked with structural drafting and roadway design for an emergency culvert replacement, which was awarded a 2021 NUCA Top Job, 96th & Frederick emergency repair for the City of Omaha.
