Overview
Ball Architects is a company devoted to housing for the greater good, with housing development projects across 10 states. Ball Architects had differing levels of experience with Autodesk Revit and needed an assessment of their current abilities. Following an assessment, they saw an immediate need for customized training. Additionally, Ball Architects let ATG know that they regretted that they would be unable to bring in design personnel from out
of state for the training.
In Their Own Words
ATG partnered with Ball Architects to provide testing through KnowledgeSmart to determine the areas where knowledge gaps existed. The results of the testing were assessed by ATG, and the objective results were reviewed with Ball Architects. They were able to add observations to the test result analysis to help fine tune a curriculum strategy. This allowed for an efficient and customized training curriculum to be formed around only identified problem areas. ATG brought mobile LIVE360 equipment to the customer’s office to set up and host a collaborative, online LIVE360 training session to include the outside personnel in the instructor-led training sessions.
