Bandes Construction came to ATG after a disappointing experience with a previous Autodesk training partner that left their team without the support and guidance they needed.
Seeking a reliable expert to help them maximize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Cost Management, they wanted their project team equipped to confidently manage budgeting, change orders, forecasting, and reporting internally.

Bandes Construction’s goal was to move beyond relying on a single knowledgeable user and establish a consistent, scalable approach to cost management across the entire project team.
They wanted every project manager to develop a strong understanding of ACC Cost Management, including budgets, costs, change orders, forecasting, and reporting, so workflows could be managed confidently and consistently throughout the organization.
Solutions
ATG delivered eight hours of instructor-led ACC Cost Management training, covering Budget, Cost, Change Order, Forecast, and Reports.
Trainer Kyle Lee led the engagement, culminating in two team-wide sessions designed to reinforce key concepts and ensure consistent understanding across the entire project management team.
Client Success Specialist (CSS) Tres Rowland managed project closeout and ongoing support, with Lauren King shadowing as part of her CSS training.
