CSM Group needed training on TradeTapp to get their preconstruction team up and running on the platform.
As a longtime ATG hardware client, this was their first foray into ATG services.
The team needed a structured, flexible training experience that would work around their schedules and give them a resource they could reference and share beyond the live sessions.

CSM wanted their preconstruction team fully trained on TradeTapp, covering configuration, navigation, vendor invitations, approvals, and project settings.
They also needed the training to be accessible to team members who could not attend live, so the ability to record and redistribute sessions was important to them.
Solutions
Kyle led the TradeTapp training, covering all course topics outlined in the SOW including configuration, navigation, vendor imports, approvals, and account settings.
Will Heider also stepped in mid-engagement when a vendor import process with an Autodesk contact stalled out, getting the right people moving and resolving the issue on the client’s behalf.
Both Kyle and Will were praised by the team for their responsiveness and depth of knowledge.
Business Outcomes
The CSM preconstruction team came away with a strong working knowledge of TradeTapp and has already been able to use what they learned to bring additional team members up to speed.
CSM is now exploring further training engagements with ATG on Assemble, Takeoff, and Navisworks as they continue to expand their use of Autodesk tools.
