Adopting Org Admin Pro

While the standard Org Admin portal is included with your subscription, Org Admin Pro is an advanced add-on that requires a transition and adherence to a few key policies: 

  • All-or-Nothing Model: Org Admin Pro must be purchased for all paid subscriptions on a customer’s account. It cannot be purchased for only a portion of your user base. 
  • Parent/Child Hierarchy: If you have a parent/child account structure, OAP must cover the total number of subscriptions across all subsidiaries. 
  • External and Unpaid Users: Unpaid collaborators (like external guests) do not incur a cost but are included in the portal for management purposes, allowing admins to manage their access and block them if necessary. 
  • Server Region Limitation: At this time, OAP is only available to customers whose users reside exclusively in one server territory (e.g., all U.S.-based users). This would not work for customers with users in both the United States and India, for example. 
  • Studio Prime Replacement: For former Studio Prime customers, a one-time conversion is required. Upon transitioning to OAP, your legacy Studio Prime space will be terminated.
