2 Revit tasks
Tasks are grouped by DiRoots product and mapped to the specific tool that covers each one. The hours per project column reflects how long each task takes today, without DiRoots. The % saved column shows how much of that time DiRoots eliminates. Toggle a task on or off depending on whether your team will leverage it, and adjust the hours per project if needed. Only toggled-on tasks count toward the license recommendation in step 3.
2 Civil 3D tasks
Tasks are grouped by DiCivil product and mapped to the specific tool that covers each one. The hours per project column reflects how long each task takes today, without DiCivil — The % saved column shows how much of that time DiCivil eliminates. Toggle a task on or off depending on whether your team will leverage it, and adjust the hours per project if needed. Only toggled-on tasks count toward the license recommendation in step 3.
3 Recommended license
Pricing reflects DiRoots' published Revit and Civil 3D rates for Online licenses: single products, bundles, and flat-fee Enterprise plans for teams of 100+ users. The dropdown auto-selects the most cost effective option that covers every product with at least one toggled-on task in step 2 — including Enterprise plans once your team size qualifies — and updates live as you change users or toggle tasks.
Offline licenses are also available for each product (for environments without internet access) — available by request, contact ATG for pricing.
DiCivil Design and DiCivil Manage can be purchased separately, or bundled as DiCivil Suite at a discounted rate. The dropdown auto-selects the most cost effective option that covers every DiCivil product with at least one toggled-on task in step 2, and updates live as you change users or toggle tasks.

4 Results & shareable report
Figures are estimates driven entirely by the inputs above. Time-saved percentages are fixed estimations, not individually verified benchmarks based on every users potential workflow. The defaults are set more conservatively, so we encourage testing against your own trial. Hours are estimated per project and multiplied by projects per year from step 1. License pricing reflects DiRoots' published Revit and Civil 3D rates as provided; Enterprise plans require a minimum of 100 users and are shown only once your team size qualifies.
