The Process
Employees are given a thorough assessment of each qualified employer to capture the organization’s policies, practices, and experience. Those who have made the list are notified and subsequently honored in a special publication and at a special awards event.
The Award
The Best Places to Work in Arkansas is a survey and awards program built to identify employers who are doing things right and creating cultures that make employees proud to be a part of them.
The Ceremony
Arkansas Business will host a themed recognition ceremony on September 15, 2026, 11:30 am at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock.

Company-wide we also: donate to our local food banks, bring joy to nursing homes and hospitals, uplift our communities throughout the year, and more!
