The hiring process usually takes one to three weeks, depending on the role. Some roles require more consideration and up to three interviews. After the interview, your start date depends on completing the required paperwork. From there, onboarding begins.

While we have minimum requirements for our roles, hiring managers also look for excellent communication skills, high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence, resilience, persistence, and integrity. Consider the role and your ability to perform its duties before applying. If unsure, use our general application.

We take onboarding and orientation very seriously at ATG. At the beginning of each month, we fly all new hires to our headquarters in Little Rock, AR, for an in-depth look at how ATG operates and how you will fit into the organization. This onboarding process lasts for two weeks: one week in-person at our Little Rock office, and one week at your assigned workplace location. After onboarding, new hires will be enrolled in an ongoing education cycle lasting up to six months, depending on performance.

We are very proud of our retention rate and opportunities for associates. For example, our VP of Sales started as an Account Executive and worked up to their current role as SVP of Operations within ten years. We promote from within and value associates who stay. Other great stories have happened, and will continue to happen, in all our teams.
