Premium offers a higher level of visibility so that user data is listed. Instead of seeing a user listed as a unique number, admins can now see the name of each user along with other details. This makes it easier to identify power users to leverage their knowledge or users that might be underperforming or misaligned based on project work.  

Viewing this usage data can spark a conversation about training or the size of your renewal. If users are only using a seat one day a week or less, then they may be a good fit for Flex licensing. 

Data Security

Single sign-on (SSO) is a feature meant to address those fears.
