Updating shared parameters is a difficult and time-consuming process. You must edit your share parameter file and then update each family. However, with the BIM Manager Suite by CTC Software, they are a few tools to help you with the Process. We cover how to use Shared Parameter Manager to quickly edit the Shared Parameter file and then Family Process to make the changes to all the families. We also cover how to use Schedule Param Resolver to fix the schedules in the project to use the new parameters.
