Who will be reaching out to you?  

Your Customer Success Rep (CSR) will give you a call to set up a meeting and discuss your upcoming renewal. The CSR will continue this conversation until your renewal is completed while also looping in your current Account Manager to ensure all ends are perfectly tied up. As you work with the team, they will address additional business needs and other software renewals to align and simplify your assets.

What should I watch out for at time of renewal?

You will receive emails from ATG and Autodesk starting on or before 90 days from your renewal expiration date. While Autodesk sends these emails with “Pay Now” links provided, it is crucial to discuss licensing needs and payment with your ATG CSR to receive a well-priced renewal, smooth transition and continued technical support. When purchasing with Autodesk direct, you lose the benefits of working with ATG as your reseller (complimentary technical support, access to free training and more). We want to ensure you are maximizing your dollars spent.  

Where can I purchase my renewal?  

With ATG, purchasing is made simple through our payment portal. This can be found here or on the second page of your renewal quote. The document number requested at the top of the page should reflect the quote number provided by your CSR. We highly recommend making payment through e-check, physical check, or ACH (for more information please contact your CSR or Account Manager directly). You may also reach out to your reps to set up Payment Terms. If you choose to purchase with a credit or debit card, fees may apply.
